Meghna Ramaswamy（梅格纳·拉马斯瓦米）博士，University of Saskatchewan（加拿大萨斯喀彻温大学）国际事务办公室主任，负责本校国际研究和国际合作，专注于联合国可持续发展目标(SDGs)的对接。
拉马斯瓦米博士目前为公立和赠地大学协会（APLU）国际倡议委员会执行委员会成员，加拿大国际教育局（CBIE）国际关系学习社区指导委员会成员，国际教育协会2020年年会亚太地区文摘的评论家，联合国可持续发展目标4 --“优质教育”项目负责人，担任欧洲贫困及相关疾病研究基础设施专家咨询委员会主席，世卫组织联合国项目艾滋病规划署顾问，世卫组织和欧洲委员会若干倡议的专家顾问。
拉马斯瓦米博士曾主持联合国2013年第 A/RES/67/290号决议，担任英国艾滋病试剂中心负责人，英国伦敦国王学院、伦敦大学学院和英国国家生物制品检定所硕士研究生导师，研究方向为疱疹和艾滋病感染等。作为首席调查员，与世界卫生组织、欧洲委员会、国家健康研究院以及比尔和梅林达·盖茨基金会等开展国际合作。
